Delivery and Returns
We like to keep this simple. Here is exactly what happens, and what it costs.
Delivery
- Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days. It is free when you spend £30 or more, and £3.99 under £30.
- Express delivery arrives the next day when you order by 10pm. It is £1.99 when you spend £30 or more, and £4.99 under £30.
- Order before 10pm and your order leaves us the same day, including at weekends.
- We send tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Boxers are sent separately by our underwear partner. Their standard delivery is £3.95, free when you spend £30 or more, and express is not available for boxers.
We deliver to the UK and, for a selected range of socks, to the USA.
Returns
To start a return, email us at hello@pandafood.co.uk with your order number.
- We accept returns of unworn socks within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where applicable.
- Return postage is covered by you, and is not refundable.
- Include your order number and contact details so we can process it without delay.
When we may deduct from a refund
If a return includes items that are worn, used, damaged or incomplete, for example only 2 pairs coming back from a 3-pack, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value or the missing items.
Ask us first. Message the team and we will tell you where you stand before anything goes in the post.
The 6-month guarantee
Separate from returns, every pair carries a 6-month sock guarantee. If they wear through in normal use within six months, we will replace them.
These socks are just perfect. The fit, the length, the feel. I'm autistic and struggle to find clothing I like, but these have become my favourite socks.
