We like to keep things simple when it comes to delivery.
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and is free when you spend £20 or more. If your order is under £20, it’s just £3.99.
Need it quicker? Choose expedited delivery and get it next day if you order by 10pm – it’s only £1.99 extra.
We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order’s on the way.
Returns
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return your socks, no worries.
To request a return, just drop us an email at hello@pandafood.co.uk.
We accept returns of unworn socks within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re in their original condition, and send them back our way. Return postage is covered by you.
If any socks come back to us worn, or if something’s missing (like sending back 2 pairs from a 3-pack), we may deduct a bit from your refund to cover it.

We accept returns of unworn socks within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a return includes items that are worn, used, damaged, or incomplete (for example, if only 2 pairs are returned from a 3-pack), we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value or missing items.
Please ensure that all returns include your order number and relevant contact details to avoid delays in processing.
