Delivery and Returns
We like to keep this simple. Here is exactly what happens, and what it costs.
Shipping to the USA
- USA orders ship from our USA stock, which Amazon holds and packs for us.
- Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. It is free when you spend $50 or more, and $5.99 under $50.
- Spend $75 or more and Prime members can choose fast, free delivery at checkout.
- We send tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
We ship to the USA and the UK.
Returns
To start a return, email us at hello@pandafood.co.uk with your order number, and we will tell you where to send it.
- We accept returns of unworn socks within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where applicable.
- Include your order number and contact details so we can process it without delay.
When we may deduct from a refund
If a return includes items that are worn, used, damaged or incomplete, for example only 2 pairs coming back from a 3-pack, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value or the missing items.
Ask us first. Message the team and we will tell you where you stand before anything goes in the post.
The 6-month guarantee
Separate from returns, every pair carries a 6-month sock guarantee. If they wear through in normal use within six months, we will replace them.
